Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. 

Credit/Debit card payments are made through secure paypal merchant account. You DO NOT need to have a Paypal account nor do you need to create one to pay using your Credit or Debit Card. We accept cheques made payable to 'Arty Crafty Rubber Stamps' which must be drawn on a UK bank account in GB Pounds. Postal Orders are also accepted and should be in GB Pounds. 

f you wish to phone in your order (Currently Unavailable) then have your payment details to hand along with the items you require then call us on 01763 262251 with your Credit/Debit card to hand - There is a small #0.85 Handling free for all phone orders placed via credit/debit cards.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. 

We aim to send your order out to you ASAP and in most cases (providing you order before 5pm) orders are sent out on the same day we receive them. We send UK mainland orders out via Royal Mail 1st Class post which means delivery is usually within 2 days. International orders are sent via Airmail and are generally received within 7 days. 

If your item is not in stock we will always contact you to let you know and to offer a full refund. 

We are not currently VAT registered so there is no VAT charged on our products. 

All online payments are processed by our third party paypal  account. No card details are ever stored on our website. 

Should you phone in your card details (£0.85 Handling Fee Applies) we only keep them long enough to put them through our secure payment machine; once this has been done all details are then shredded & destroyed immidiately.

Any cancellation or amendment of your order can be made any time up to confirmation of dispatch by email.
